“The Client” shall mean any individual, firm, company, or other party with whom The Agency contracts or seeks to contract. “Services” means services to be provided by The Agency to The Client, as both parties agree. “Digital Project Proposal” means a document that details The Client requirements provided by The Agency that meets The Client’s needs as defined in The Client brief. “Digital Service Contract” means the contractual terms of working between The Client and The Agency as outlined in the Digital Project Proposal. “Material” means all artwork, copy, models, designs, photographs, software, and all other material created by the Agency for The Client in connection with Accounts by directors or employees of The Agency.
